We are building an up-north Midwestern community, in which everyone has enough space for their privacy, but they encounter friendly neighbors whenever they want. We provide testimonials, which are the best way for you to get to know us - from the people who live here full- or part-time, and who make it the special place it is.

There are some 35 owners here now, and when Lake of the Dells is fully developed there will be only about one hundred. So we will never be big, and certainly never crowded. Of our 190 acres, only about 20 will have buildings. The rest will be open, natural and a legacy for our families.

Like some developments, we are fine with people who want to buy-and-hold. And we are very excited when buyers want to build right away. One thing that sets us apart from other communities is that we do not have renters on the property. We are building for families and their guests. You know your neighbors, so you feel that much more at-home when you enter the property.

We value diversity and we have many different kinds of buyers. Some of us come here and never see it, others come here with their kids - or grandkids -- and drive over to Wisconsin Dells for as much water-park fun as they can handle, and return here to relax after a long day.
