The Bluff sites are magnificent. They are on a wooded crest above one of the northernmost Dells, almost directly across the river from Stand Rock. There simply are no other sites like this available. The Bluff sites will have a private access road within the gated community and no through traffic. Each offers a rare west-looking, across-the-river sunset views and direct access to the Wisconsin River via the Lake of the Dells beach.

The Bluff sites are separated from the remainder of Lake of the Dells by a 5-acre Great Lawn and a wetland preserve. The Great Lawn will be available to Bluff owners for private events.

Additionally, Bluff owners will have walk-down access to the Wisconsin River and a guaranteed boat mooring in the Wisconsin River, along with full privileges throughout the Lake of the Dells property.
